What data: whatever you send me by email, phone or WhatsApp, or with the “Start a project” sheet: your name, email, phone, company and what you tell me about your project. The sheet doesn’t store anything on this website: it is sent from your own email or WhatsApp.

What for: to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis: your own request (steps prior to entering into a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long: for as long as our conversation or working relationship lasts, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for instance, tax obligations).

Who else: nobody, unless the law requires it. Email goes through Google (Gmail) and, if you choose WhatsApp, through WhatsApp (Meta). The website is hosted on Cloudflare.

Your rights: you can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for portability by writing to gometverdestudi@gmail.com. If you think they haven’t been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only keeps technical details so the site works well (such as which page you arrived from, or which video format your device plays). They are not sent anywhere, and the page you arrived from only goes in the sheet if you decide to send it.
